Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide through kitten applications, account sign-in, contact requests, and litter-update signups. This may include your contact details, household and pet information, placement preferences, and application responses.
How we use information
We use this information to review applications, communicate with families, manage kitten placements and our Reservation List, send requested litter updates, protect the website from abuse, and maintain our records. We do not sell personal information.
Website storage and analytics
Application drafts may be saved in your browser so you can continue later. The website also records first-party, aggregate engagement and traffic measurements. We do not use third-party advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics cookies.
Service providers
We use service providers that help operate the website, including Cloudflare for hosting, storage, and Turnstile security checks; Google for optional account sign-in and email delivery; and a configured email provider when sending messages. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.
Retention and your choices
Applications are generally retained for up to 730 days. Deleted applications may remain recoverable for up to 30 days before permanent removal. Litter-update email addresses are retained until you ask us to remove them. You may request access to or deletion of your application information, or unsubscribe from litter updates, by contacting us.
